  • 1 kg boneless chicken, cut into small pieces

  • 2 green chili peppers, chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they are golden brown.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for another minute.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, green chili peppers, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well and cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
  4. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
